Airport Transfers

The international airport is situated about 50km out of Windhoek and there is no public transport like busses or trains. You will find taxis and you can bargain about the rates with the drivers. But it is not guaranteed, that these drivers will find the direct way to the hotel.

We as hotel do not have a license for airport transfers, so we are using reliable transfer companies for all transfer requests.

Transfers are VAT exempt, so if you pay the driver directly, no VAT will be charged. If you want us to set it onto your hotel bill, VAT will be added to the above mentioned rates.

Hotel Uhland is only mediator between the transfer company and the guest, therefore we take no responsibility for any transfers we organize. All transfer companies that we book for you are reliable and reputable.
