New Visa Regulations
Visa will not be issued automatically upon arrival at the airport as before, but visitors have to register online first. The website is Ministry of Home Affaires Namibia - E-services where one needs to register (or log in).
Depending on the country you are coming from, you will need to click on the "Visa upon arrival" button (not: "Holiday Visa") and follow the procedures there. If everything has been uploaded correctly, the visa shall be issued in about 3-4 working days, once you have received the confirmation with the QR-code, you will need to print the visa and all uploaded documents and bring them along in paper form. Your visa will then be stamped into your passport upon arrival at the Namibian border (airport).

Due to new regulations, online registration of MTC SIM cards is currently not possible. MTC recommends that tourists purchase and register new SIM cards directly at the MTC shop at Hosea Kutako International Airport.
We continue to provide prepaid airtime for MTC and Telecom Namibia.

We sell maps of Namibia at reception to help you explore with ease.
Laundry Service
Hand in your laundry by 10:00 a.m. and receive it back clean and ironed the same afternoon.
