Basic and advanced training of our staff is an important concern to us. Hence we offer - besides permanent training "on the job" - additional chances and incentives to benefit from internal and external ways of further training.

It is our goal to enable all members of our staff to obtain the certification according to the Namibian unit standards currently under developement.
