Our services are (amongst others):
- Newspapers: current Namibian daily newspapers in English and German are waiting to be read
- Mobile Telephone: at our reception you can get your starterpack and airtime for CellOne. If you inform us in advance
we can already reserve your starterpack and tell you your telephone number even before you arrive here.
- Laundry Service: if you hand in your laundry by 10:00 a.m., we will give it back clean and ironed in the afternoon
- Special Suitcase Service: We wash your whole suitcase full of dirty laundry at a fixed price - return home with clean laundry
- Taxi/Transfer: We are happy to organize any kind of transfer for you (airport, city centre, trips etc.)
- Rent a car: If you wish, we arrange a rent a car for your stay in Namibia
- Air Namibia-Check-In Service: You receive your boarding pass and seat reservation already the night before your return flight with Air Namibia, which saves you long hours of queuing in the morning.
- Flight Reconfirmation: Of course you can trust us with the punctual reconfirmation of your flights
- Wellness: You feel tense after the flight or a long drive? Then we organize for you a professional massage, beauty treatment or an appointment at the hairdresser's
- Table Reservation: We are happy to reserve a table in any restaurant in Windhoek for you
- Baggage Room: You don't need all your luggage on your journey? We keep your unneeded luggage in safe custody.
- Car Cleaning: We clean your car outside and inside
